Make Reservations Now For Popular Family Fun Event!
It’s not too late to get a jump-start on celebrating the upcoming festive Holiday Season in Southern New England’s historic Blackstone River Valley.
Get ready for an exciting family fun journey to the “North Pole” as the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council (BVTC) offers the annual Blackstone Valley Polar Express, happening along the Providence & Worcester Railroad. This year’s tours run November 7-8, 14-15 and 22, 2009 with tours at 10:45 am and 1:45 pm each of these dates. This popular event always sells out quickly due to limited seating and people are strongly encouraged to get their tickets NOW to get reservations on the dates of their choice. Tickets for all seats are $35 for children and adults. Tickets for the tour are still available right now and reservations must be made immediately in advance! During 1 1/2 Hour Train Ride, from Cumberland, Rhode Island to the “North Pole”, passengers will enjoy a story presentation of the book The Polar Express along with: Hot Chocolate & Cookies Holiday Coloring Book with Crayons A visit from Santa Sing-a-long and a Special Christmas Remembrance Tours will depart and return to the Ann & Hope parking lot in Cumberland, RI.
