School Of Education, Graduate School & Continuing Education April 22, Harborside Campus
Johnson & Wales University will hold information nights for its School of Education, Graduate School and Continuing Education programs on Wednesday, April 22, 2009.
The Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School Information Night will take place at the Harborside Academic Center, 265 Harborside Boulevard, Providence, RI 02905 from 5-7 p.m. An admissions representative will meet with those interested in an MBA in Global Business Leadership, an MBA in Hospitality or a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (C.A.G.S.) in either Finance, Human Resource Management or Hospitality. For more information on undergraduate programs and directions, please call the continuing education admissions office at 401-598-2342 or e-mail ce@admissions.jwu.edu The School of Education Information Night will be held from 5–6:30 p.m. at The Friedman Center on the Harborside Campus, 2nd Floor, 299 Harborside Blvd., Providence. The school offers a M.A.T. program in Teacher Education, an 18-month program for college graduates who would like to become teachers. It is a dual certification in education and special education. The M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning is for practicing teachers who want to improve their craft and satisfy their I-Plan requirements. Classes meet one night per week. The school also offers an Ed.D in Educational Leadership with elementary/secondary and higher education cohorts for those interested in pursuing a doctoral degree.
