Easter At The Radisson

Johnson & Wales Inn, Radisson Hotel Providence Airport Announce Easter Festivities

Celebrate your Easter holiday with family and friends at one of the two Johnson & Wales University signature properties or get it “to-go.” The Radisson Hotel Providence Airport, 2081 Post Road, Warwick, R.I., and the Johnson & Wales Inn, 213 Taunton Avenue in Seekonk, Mass., are preparing delicious meals for Easter Sunday, April 12.

  

Easter Brunch will be offered in the Radisson University Ballroom on April 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with hot and cold selections, including eggs Benedict, Texas-style French toast, antipasto, smoked turkey and ham, baked sole with a shrimp scampi sauce, leg of lamb, carved roast beef and much more. Cost for adults is $28.95, seniors $25.95, and children $13.95, plus tax and gratuity. Advanced reservations are required by April 9, 2009.

The Johnson & Wales Inn will serve brunch in the Regency Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a menu featuring roast leg of lamb with mint jelly, baked scrod, glazed hickory-smoked ham and grilled lemon pepper chicken. Items on the cold buffet include Caesar salad, sliced fresh fruit, mussels mariner, a crudité and cheese display, antipasto and much more. Breakfast items, as well as a lavish dessert buffet, will also be offered. Prices range from $28.95 for adults, $25.95 for seniors, and $13.95 for children ages 5-12. Tax and gratuity not included. Reservations are required by noon on April 10.

In addition to the brunch, Audrey’s Restaurant, also located at the Johnson & Wales Inn, is offering a Sunrise Breakfast Buffet and an Easter Dinner. The buffet is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Cost for adults is $13.95, and children is $8.95, tax and gratuity not included. Easter Dinner is noon to 6 p.m., and includes selections of lamb, grilled chicken and glazed ham. Additional selections from Audrey’s dinner menu will also be available.

The Johnson & Wales Inn and the Radisson also are offering complete “Easter Dinner-To-Go” meals with everything needed to serve 10-12 people. Selections include prime rib, baked Hearthstone ham or roast leg of lamb, with prices ranging from $135 to $180. Each dinner also includes soup, potatoes, vegetables and dessert. Orders must be placed by noon on April 10, with pick-up on Sunday, April 12 between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
