It has 266 bedrooms, huge ballrooms, lawns big enough for kennel shows, and a huge indoor swimming pool. Thanks to the new addition to the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Crossings, the Warwick can now compete for large-scale meetings and conventions with Providence, Newport and even Boston, Hartford and New York City. The expansion makes the Crowne Plaza the largest in-hotel meeting and banquet facility in the state.

The Crowne Plaza's new meeting capacity, with 33,800 square feet of meeting and banquet space, is highlighted by a richly decorated grand ballroom with 23-foot high ceilings, a copper-domed rotunda and three new conference rooms equipped with fiber optic cable and high-speed Internet service.

The main ballroom is 7,200 square feet and can hold 1,000 people standing and dining for 680. The rotunda can be used for pre-functions to an event in the main ballroom or as a function room. It can accommodate 250 people standing or 180 for a sit down meal. The expansion also includes a 29-foot wide corridor outside of the ballroom to accommodate two rows of 10-foot wide displays for trade shows. Additionally, the hotel has 266 guestrooms with 645 complimentary parking spaces on 88 acres of beautiful landscape.
