Another landmark in the history of Vanderbilt Hall Hotel has since been completed: its transformation into a unique hotel for you to enjoy as our personal guests in this grand, yet comfortable, house. As you step through the column framed front door of Vanderbilt Hall Hotel, you will be welcomed into one of our many delightful public rooms, including the Main Hall and Conservatory. All rooms are individually styled using designer selected fabrics, an eclectic mix of antique and comfortable furniture, interesting artwork, and fine Egyptian cotton linens. Each room has a private bathroom, cable television, air conditioning and high speed internet.

From the North and East: Boston, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Cape Cod. Take Route 24 South-follow Route 24 until it becomes Route 114 South-follow Route 114 South into downtown Newport until you can go no further. At the traffic light turn left onto Thames Street-continue straight for approximately 50 yards-take first left onto Mary Street-Vanderbilt Hall Hotel will be on your right, one block up. From the South: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut. Take Interstate 95 North to Rhode Island exit 3-Route 138 East-follow this for approximately 35 miles-follow signs for Jamestown and Newport Bridges and continue over the Newport Bridge. Take the exit marked Scenic Newport, turn right at the bottom of the ramp-proceed straight to the second traffic light and bear left-this is Thames Street. Continue straight through the next set of lights for approximately 150 yards-take first left onto Mary Street- Vanderbilt Hall Hotel will be on your right, one block up. From the West: Upstate New York and The Berkshires. Take Interstate 90 east to Route 146 South to Interstate 95 South to Route 4-left exit-take Route 138 and follow signs for Jamestown and Newport Bridges and continue over the Newport Bridge. Take the exit marked Scenic Newport, turn right at the bottom of the ramp-proceed straight to the second traffic light and bear left-this is Thames Street. Continue straight through the next set of lights for approximately 150 yards-take first left onto Mary Street- Vanderbilt Hall Hotel will be on your right, one block up. From T.F. Green Airport and Providence: Take Interstate 95 South to Route 4-left exit-take 138 and follow signs for Jamestown and Newport Bridges and continue over the Newport Bridge.
