GOSPEL ROCKS TO DOWNTOWN PROVIDENCE

THE FABULOUS BENTON BROTHERS CELEBRATE 20TH ANNIVERSARY AT ROOTS CULTURAL CENTER

For 20 years, the Fabulous Benton Brothers have been performing their inspirational gospel music to Rhode Island audiences. To commemorate this milestone, Topshelf Records, Mask Productions and Providence Inner City Arts are proud to present a Gospel Celebration in their honor at Roots Cultural Center, 276 Westminster Street, Providence on Friday, January 13, 2012.

For those who aren’t familiar with The Fabulous Benton Brothers, the group is comprised of four seasoned and soulful singers: Bobby Mask, Daniel Mask, Joe Benton, Forest Benton, and Tony Simmons. The group is committed to sending a message to local youth: “Put the Guns Down.”

Additional music will be featured during the event by Brother to Brother, Chops Turner, Music One, Refined 313, Tiny Tavars, Bernard Fullen, Jr. and MANY MORE. Light refreshments provided by Food for the Soul.
