The editorial calendar for Rhode Island Roads magazine is simple -- we need material at least two weeks before its publication date on the first AND 16TH of the month. We seek seasonal material for a generally seasonal theme to each issue, though non-seasonal material may be used throughout the year.

There are also reprint issues developed and other special theme issues. Typically these will be available to non-subscribers, increasing their exposure, and will run for two weeks. Content can be developed in response to advertising sales, so possible special issue themes include: spas, automotive, weddings, gift guides, and location-specific round-ups.
